Quick, efficient, answered all my questions. Same day local delivery was great. I wasn't sure which flowers to pick so I decided to go with the florist's choice and the flowers she picked out ended up looking great. Overall, pleasurable experience.

Liz is amazing. I called to order flowers for my mothers birthday which is today. I didn't realize it was as late as it was there, as I'm on the west coast and had gotten busy, so I was going to just ask to have them delivered tomorrow. She went out of her way to make sure my mom got the arrangement today. Liz and I discussed exactly what i wanted.  We got talking about my mom and she told me she had just lost her mother a few months ago, so she'd do anything for kids and their parents, hence going out of her way to accommodate my request.  She did not have to do this, as this was shortly before close and make the delivery after close.  Just a wonderful, compassionate and understanding person. Thanks Liz.  💗

Liz was amazing.  Really friendly and easy to talk to.  We sat down and I explained what I had in mind and you could tell her mind was putting it together.  It was beautiful!   She knows her stuff!  Very reasonable.  So happy with the whole package.

I stumbled upon Accent Flowers & gifts when I was doing flowers for my daughter's wedding.  I had no idea what I was doing.  All I had was a bunch of dried flowers from my garden.  I stopped in the shop for ideas and direction.  Liz was so helpful!  I purchased the greens and babies breath from her.  I was working with a very limited budget.  She didn't have to help me, but she did.  My daughter's wedding was in 2011.  I'm a loyal customer and I highly recommend Accent Flowers & gifts.  I've purchased flowers for myself, baby shower flowers, funerals and holiday arrangements. I've never been disappointed.  If you're looking for a personal touch and like supporting a local family owned business,  Accent Flowers & Gifts is the way to go.

Exceptionally good free delivery the same day in Waterford when I ordered on line. Arrangement closely matched the one shown on the web site.
