I used Holland Florist for the first time for my daughter's wedding reception. The corsages and boutionniers were ready when they said they would be, and they were beautiful! I was very happy with their work. I would definitely use them again -- they were friendly and easy to work with!

Just received an absolutely GORGEOUS arrangement for Administrative Professionals Day from Holland's. This may be the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received! The flowers are very fresh and lovely.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Helped us figure out a concept for our wedding and we are so happy with the result! Call to make an appointment, and make sure to include the venue for ceremony and reception.

Utterly disappointed! Initially I had to speak with 3 different employees to place an order for anniversary flowers for my daughter. That seemed inefficient from the start. Then the flowers were to have been ready to be picked up 3 days later (of course, they were already paid for) at 4:30 on a Wednesday. I arrived at 5:45 and there was no completed order. And I did not have the time for them to put an arrangement together while I waited. Again....utterly disappointed!

Terrible customer service. After my grandfather's passing, we heard from several out-of-town friends that we were missing floral arrangements that had already been paid for. One of these was ordered from Holland's on a Saturday for same-day delivery to my grandmother's house. At 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, a deliveryman showed up. My father refused delivery due to the extremely late delivery. We wanted to notify the sender so they could receive a refund. The deliveryman refused to confirm who sent the flowers, going so far as to snatch them away so we couldn't see who sent them. Several minutes later, he returned, with the store owner on the phone asking to speak to my father. The owner was extremely rude, insisting that delivery three days late was considered on time and saying the late delivery was our fault because no one was home on Saturday. This is untrue, as at least 60 people were at my grandmother's house the majority of the day on Saturday. Even if no one were home, they could have left the arrangement on the porch with a voicemail stating the delivery had been made, as other florists have done for me in the past. If they couldn't accommodate same-day delivery, they should have told the sender at the time the order was placed. Poor customer service from the top down, and especially egregious when flowers are sent in the event of a loved one's passing.
