Ordered flowers to be delivered to my boyfriend who was having a rough day. His spirits were instantly lifted and he loved them. The flowers were quality, arrived quickly, and the smiley face vase was a great touch. Will absolutely recommend their services in the future. 10/10.

Customer service didnt go the extra mile--said NO before my question was even finished. Put me on hold, came back with 'we can do it another time.' Which didn't help my need for immediate flowers. Such a shame. I eventually used a larger company that was more than happy to extend service and do so nicely.

I ordered a ($100)flower arrangement for a funeral for a very close friend of mine. She only had a viewing with a short memorial. 1:30-4:30. When I showed up to the funeral home the flowers were displayed with wilted/broken Daisy's, Rose's and carnations. I called immediately and they sent someone to fix it. They didn't return with another one for over an hour and a half. The second arrangement wasn't as full, still had broken carnations and wilted Daisy's. So I called AGAIN and unfortunately the only thing that could be done at this point was return my money. Very DISAPPOINTED.
