XSport Fitness

Overall a nice gym, but the filthy men's locker room is a bit of a deal breaker. A stench of sewage seems to waft from the shower drains to the point where I had to hold my nose to take shower. Dirty floors, dirty counters. But the real killer: check out this picture of a shower door. How long without cleaning does it take to get this dirty?

Nice equipment and spa area, but they seem to be money hungry and greedy. I told them ahead of time I needed to cancel, but I was told it would not be immediate because the request "has to go across corporate's desk first." After the representative apologized for the archaic cancellation system, I was of course still charged another month before it cancelled.

Horrible customer experience, Bobby grabbed my keys and ripped of my xsport membership for no reason. Then as i was walking out he called me a bi*** due to this i contacted my lawyers and will be getting him fired. Corp has been notified and bobby have a wonderful life being homeless.

This place has some decent equipment compared to other gyms I've been to but is incredibly filthy. The dust and hair that's in all the corners everywhere is disgusting. the bathroom showers constantly have garbage in them and smell bad. Every business is about making money but hiring a cleaning crew would make this gym so much better.

DONT DO IT and DONT BELIEVE THEIR PROMOTION!!!! no 30 day money back guarantee! I have been given the run round constantly and spent so much time and money because of misinformation!!! Also talked to corp office Susan with no care of the misrepresentation I had recieved.
