I love the workouts and really love how they combine both strength and cardio.  The group setting with a coach is really motivating and helps people push beyond what they would in a normal gym workout.

Working out at Orange Theory is one of the best parts of my day! I look forward to the workout, the music, and feeling amazing afterwards! Also, the coaches at Orange Theory in Glen Ellyn all have such a fun and positive energy! Overall just a great environment to be in!

Love it.  Workout changes every day, good mix of cardio and strength.  Coaches are fantastic.

I love the trainers energy, great music, amazing staff, makes working out fun! All sessions are full body workouts something I couldn't achieve on my own. Love this place!
