This is a great facility with exercise equipment and classes and basketball courts, they do not have a swimming pool though. They have lots of sports programs my favorite of course is basketball. One of these days I'd like to join a team. Prices are reasonable for Downers Grove residents on par with other gyms.

is staffed by a friendly and helpful team. There is plenty of equipment and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The view from 4500 overlooks the DG golf course.

Good mix of free weights and machines in bright, airy facility. Nice variety of classes offered at a range of times during the week. Open gym available for basketball, badminton. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean locker rooms, showers. Steam rooms. Competitive pricing.
