This gym is just what I needed. A local gym, about 2 minutes from me, where I can come work out before anyone else in the house is awake. The classes are small enough, that the personal trainer is able to make sure I have the correct form. Everyone is very friendly, especially to newer people. Great location with plenty of parking. A place to refill my water bottle. I try to get there a little early so I can warm up on the treadmill or on the rowers. This place is mostly about resistance training, but they do incorporate some cardio depending on the day or schedule.

When you know you need to make a change, sometimes even making the first step of filling out a online appointment request is hard. I am SO THANKFUL that I continued the request and attended my fitness assessment. I nearly cried during that assessment, realizing how badly I needed help and how out of shape I had become. Get Fit Together is hands down the best gym that I have ever been to. The personalized attention that Joe provides to each client really empowers you to WANT to do better and get healthy. The workouts are custom to your needs and modified to your fitness ability. Joe and his team gently get you out of your comfort zone and encourage you to do your best. As a recent college graduate, not only did I receive a diploma, I also gained a lot of weight! Trying to juggle school, studying and living a healthy lifestyle was hard for me to obtain and I was always very inconsistent with it. I was tired of this routine and never getting any results. So I decided to search for gym memberships and personal training sessions. I've met and spoke to various gym owners and tried a couple free trials but none of them intrigued me like GFT did. What won me over about GFT was the fact that they provide nutrition guidance. As someone whose had eating problems before, nutrition was one if not the most important factor I was looking for in a training package. I've only been at GFT for about a month but I'm already seeing results thanks to Arthur whose one of the personal trainers at GFT. He helps you stay motivated and pushes you beyond your limits to achieve your goals. He's constantly checking on you to see if everything is going well and if you're struggling with anything. He's very supportive and nice like everyone else at GFT. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to lose weight, improve their health or obtain a healthy lifestyle.

I've been working with Arthur for personal training and attending small group training at GFT for the past 3 weeks and have already lost 9 pounds. After a thorough orientation and fitness evaluation, Joe and Arthur work with you to set personal fitness goals, teach you about nutrition, and give you the tools you need to reach your goals. The classes are challenging but Arthur makes sure to explain the exercises, focusing on using proper form and provide alternatives for all levels or to work around any injury. During personal training sessions, Arthur is motivating and challenges me to keep me going when I want to stop. The weekly personal training holds me accountable with both nutrition and workouts. Arthur is knowledgeable about correct technique to prevent injury and creating different and challenging workouts. I've joined other gyms, done classes and worked with other trainers in the past and I've seen the most results with GFT.

GFT is an awesome place to go and get a great workout. Workouts are fun and creative and time flies by. That trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and motivating. The facility itself has all the equipment anyone would need and the gym members are all really fun and positive. I highly recommend GFT if you're looking to make significant changes to your health or you're just looking to experience fun workouts.
