WorldMark Eagle Crest

Went here for a work trip. The rooms were nice but the staff seemed like because my stay was paid for by my work to treat me different. They weren't friendly or accommodating. Very snooty vibe. If your a common person and not rich looking I'd expect to feel unwelcome. I defiantly did.

The room and area are great! The lobby staff/salespeople, on the other hand, are awful! Extremely pushy to try and get you to sign up for anything. Did not listen to our responses or questions at all. Inconsiderate of our time and plans for the weekend. Told them multiple times we were not interested, only to have them continue to try and sell us more. We came for a relaxing time away, not to be sold this, that, and the other.

Rooms are clean and well stocked. The staff was very helpful and nice. Beds are not very comfortable but overall good experience and would stay again. Nice amenities like outside and indoor pool and workout room, plus tons more that we didn't get a chance to use during our short stay.

This place is heaven. The food is to die for, the scenery is breath taking and the rooms were excellent too.

I have always adored this resort!! I have been staying here for probably 14 years and never want to leave when the time comes. So many activities for the whole family.
