A clean and spacious room with plenty of amenities! The breakfast options were good but the oatmeal wasn't prepared very well, and was cold and undercooked. Every other food option I had was good though. This hotel was very convenient location wise for our hiking options, which made our stay excellent. There's plenty of food and shopping options in Redmond and we took advantage of them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it. The price of our stay was affordable for this area but the prices changed for every day of the week, and was too expensive for us on weekends. We were able to change our stay dates to minimize cost.

This Hotel is so far a great place to stay. This is our second of three nights here. Reason for the 3 stars is because of the breakfast. I noticed a younger gal working the breakfast buffet.. and I can understand that it might be hard to keep up with keeping things full.. but when your struggling the last thing you should be doing is hiding in the back room (kitchen?) On your CELL PHONE. No coffee, no 2% milk, no pastries, no eggs, syrup was out. Overall I will most likely stay here again. Just hope they have a new kitchen worker. Continuing on. This is now our last day. We just got back from breakfast as wow! Everything was full, fresh, and tasty! Different gal working this morning, I made sure she knew how impressed I was. ☆☆☆☆☆ after today

Let me start by saying the breakfast at this hotel is amazing. You get what you're paying for as far as the room goes.... The man on duty at night was terrible. I came out at midnight to ask for extra blankets and a pillow because my room was very cold. The man at the desk was dressed extremely unprofessional and rudely told me they don't have extra blankets or pillows. When I tried to let myself back in my room the key card wouldn't work. He attempted to reset it 3 times. Finally, (at almost 1 am by this time) I walked around outside and for whatever reason the key card worked on the outside. I was very upset.

I checked into this Best Western for an extended work assignment and was very happy with the service I received. The lady at the front counter was friendly and made me feel at home. The room is clean and looks nice and the bed is comfortable. I think this long stay is going to go just fine.

We had a double room that was very clean and nicely decorated. I especially appreciated the remote being clean! The breakfast was good. The location was great as there were lots of places to go hiking nearby.
