30 Minute Hit

Great workout! The trainers and owners are really motivating and adapt the circuit to everyone physical condition. The best part of 30 minute Hit is that it only takes 30 minutes to complete the circuit and get a complete workout!! It's perfect for busy moms or anyone who doesn't want to spend a long time at the gym. The flexibility of the schedule is also great. You can start your circuit at anytime during opening hours as long as you start 30 minutes before closing.

I have been a member since may at the 30 minute hit. The first few weeks I went 3-4x a week then life got busy and I stopped going. After a surgery and needing to get out I got back and immediately felt welcomed and encouraged. Even though working out was still hard after surgery I kept at it thanks to the motivating trainers. To this day 3 Months after surgery almost some days are harder then others and sometimes soreness sets in and in that instant I want to give up. The trainers push me to keep at it until the very last second of the circuit. Lastly the 30 minute hit hasn’t just helped me Physically but it has helped emotionally as well. This gym has helped me decrease my anxiety, my depression has gotten better and lastly my self confidence. There’s some days where going To the gym is a huge challenge due to My over whelming feelings and once I am there I Am able to shake the feeling Off to get thru the 30 min. I want to thank every single trainer at the hit for encouraging me even on the hardest days, thank you for encouraging me to get fit and make it through the 30 minutes but thank you for encouraging me on the toughest days to keep going and for putting a smile on my face and making me feel amazing at the end of the circuit that I did it! I can’t wait to see the physical results the 30 min hit will bring me next! :)

It's wonderful! 30 minutes, 15 stations, kicking, punching and abs...it's an incredible work out! On top of that, the trainers are amazing! They're motivating and watching the other hitters is inspiring. I'd recommend it to anyone

I've been training with 30 minute hit Laval for over one year and I can't get enough of it. The training is incredibly effective and the atmosphere is welcoming and engaging. I recommend this workout to anyone looking for a better way to train!

30 Min HIT in laval is AMAZING! Everything about it great, from the super fun workout to the trainers! Highly recommend if you want to get in shape while having a blast!
