Work Authority

Went to work authority today at 449 carlaw ave. And the young woman there was amazing help. She greeted me and while helping another customer asked and started immediately answering my questions. She was very informative and knowledgeable about her products and gave me great advice and recommendations. After seeing about 3 types of steel toe shoes, i found one that fit so comfortably. This is the first time ive been to this store and the experience was amazing, i would highly recommend any person who needs safety shoes to.come here. Thanks again for the great experience. I will definitely see you again soon.

Simply great customer service and all-round a smooth experience. Staff are friendly and, in accord with the rest of the comments here, quite knowledgeable about the products they sell. I came in looking for two very specific models of boot; Shannon was very helpful when deciding between the two.

SIMPLY EXCELLENT Stopped in after driving by this place about 30 times or so. After today I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner…. Walked in not knowing what to expect, but left wearing amazing boots and a customer interaction that makes you wish all retail shopping was this good. I’m not exaggerating and I’m not getting paid for this - just stating the facts. If you appreciate customer service, selection, knowledgeable staff and a sales attitude that wants you to get the right gear for your needs and not just cash in their pocket, then you’re like me and you should shop here. You really can’t go wrong. Thanks Shannon for your patience and expertise in helping me choose what’s right for me. Keep up the great work and best of luck running the second floor !!!

Came here to pickup a pair of safety shoes. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they had a great selection on hand. I would definitely recommend this place for your safety shoe needs.

Went here to pick up a pair of safety boots for work. The person working there was very friendly and helpful! Found the right ones after only the second pair tried on. Ended up with some nice Timberlands.

When we came in there's this guy who happily welcomed us. My husband has a voucher from his employer for his Safety shoes and the guy showed us shoes which will give my husband the best deal out of his voucher. He is very helpful really, even offered my husband a free pair of socks had he not have been wearing any for covid precautions. In the end my husband chose Timberlands. This place is a good one if you're on a lookout for good variety of safety shoes that are also "stylish" plus the guy who helped us was absolutely a fun one.

Had to stop in and get a pair of comfortable work boots to replace a pair that disintegrated upon traveling last year. Stopped in, since it was close to my host's apartment, and although a small store, they had selection in my size 13. The boots I ended up purchasing were a great deal, and they're one of my favorite pairs to date...still in great shape and I WORK in all conditions in these boots. Gentleman working was helpful, made sure I was happy with the purchase before walking out the door. Will definitely visit again, if necessary.

Great customer service. Not sure what you want or need, just ask and she will help guide you to the right pair of boots. Not a big store but a big enough selection to cover most peoples needs. She was wearing a mask the entire time and they have a glass barrier at checkout. Plenty of parking available here.

I've been to this store a couple of times and I will keep coming back. Frank and staff provide great customer service, they're knowledgable and friendly...great experience! Everyone should shop here for all of your safety needs.
