Walking On A Cloud

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Went in looking for shoes with my son who has wide feet. I explained what we were looking for the woman looked at me, looked at the shoes I had in my hand and said "well they might be wide but a narrow wide" and walked away. I was just happened to have those shoes in my hand and had no interest in them just was one of many pairs I was looking at until we had some help. I was asking about how we would find out the proper width of his feet were so we would know what shoes to look at and all I got was a dumbfounded look.. I will not go back, no one else in the store offered help either they were all to busy talking to one another or standing spaced out. Horrible, horrible service.

Staff made me feel insignificant and unimportant because I wanted to buy a pair of sandals they said were too old to be in stock.

Amazing staff who are very knowledgeable, polite, and well trained. Wonderful service, great prices and top of the line product. You will never find this at any other shoe store.
