Lot rent was 400 when I lived here with my roommates(3 of us in total) we had the second oldest mobile home on the property. The place looks pretty but there was no privacy. Office staff would consistently ask about our neighbors and would harass us about how long our guest would be staying. We had reached out to the owner about the staff harassing us but he could care less. We also received an "anonymous" letter which proves how nosy our neighbors were. Looking back at it now I am so glad that we moved.

I have lived here for a little over a year now. The community is very well maintained, the pool is great. Community is clean and so very peaceful. I think it is a great place to live.

A great place to live there is a pool a laundry matt a wait room very helpful maintenance crew who work for the park very quit place to live and you can also walk across the street and enjoy the beautiful trails and beach at Addison Oaks county park

It's the nicest Mobil home park I have ever seen. Family owned, large lots on textured land with mature trees. Clean and well kept.

Large lot's,beautifully tree lined streets. Clean. Great pool. Quiet. Great management. The owner is very nice. Good maintenance. Peaceful place to live.
