The service department here is exceptional. I've been coming to this location for over 7 years and have never had an issue. Services are usually done in a timely fashion, and the shuttle is always available if you need it. The shuttle drivers are very friendly , and very safe drivers. The service department I would rate five stars. The sales department is another issue altogether. On the sales side I would rate them a one. I wanted to buy a car from them many years ago, but got jerked around so much, we eventually left and went to the other side of town and bought the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted the exact same day. Honestly, I would rather go across town and buy another Kia then to ever deal with the sales department at the Waverly location. A friend of mine also went to this location just this past weekend to pick up her new vehicle. When she went to pick it up on Saturday she noticed that there was a scratch on the vehicle and tar on the driver side door. How does something like that get missed?? Now it will require a second trip down to pick up the vehicle. Talk about a mood killer.

I would repeat my 'behaviour' in such a case, exactly, because quietly accepting what was happening around me would make me an accomplice to theft. Is this how we are supposed to act in society? Is this a legitimate business practice? Dear owner, if you aren't aware, your service department steals from customers. Former employee. Left because senior member of staff said a job was done and the customer charged but the work was not completed, on PURPOSE. Avoid having your car serviced here. This is how mechanics get bad reputations. I like how the owner of a thieving company tries to turn his bad business practices into former employees fault. My behavior was caused by unethical decisions and when I spoke up I was punished. This greedy place will do anything for your money including lying about services rendered. So that's fine if you want to say it was my behaviour but if I'm a dick to someone you have to stop and consider why. Also inconsistent pay stubs provided, if they are provided at all. Short on flat rate hour totals every pay period. Asked to work late for no extra pay. Also, who holds two weeks of YOUR money on a cutoff for pay periods? Basically be very careful with this shady company working under the umbrella of a shady manufacturer And yeah, if speaking up about theft from your clients is creating problems, maybe you should examine the way you business, crook. And I would hold my integrity every time when faced with your lies and omissions, not to mention withholding rightful pay by not allowing access to labor times. Shady

If you have drivetrain/AWD issues with your Kia, go here first. Cheaping out to save on the shop rate at some other neighborhood place just means you'll pay them before you need to go to the dealership anyway and pay again. Winnipeg Kia service dept. diagnosed an issue with my Sorento in 20 seconds by phone that I paid for too many $75 shop hours elsewhere to get nowhere with. Had I gone here first, I'd have saved nearly $4K. Lesson learned, trust the experts - and they warranty their work.

One price shop. Easy to deal with. Mike Shaw was the best vehicle Sales Rep I have ever dealt with here in Winnipeg.
