Craig was very informational, patient, and was very helpful during the entire process of finding my perfect vehicle. Not to mention what a funny guy he is! After I bought my vehicle I had introductions to who I can contact for my service needs so there is always a friendly face to go to. Valerie was also great in the financing office. Great experience all the way through. From chatting with Lara late Saturday night, working with Teddy on choosing a vehicle, and dealing with credit specialist Trina. I had sent Teddy a long list of wants, needs, likes and dislikes. He addressed every single item I had sent him. He never tried to push anything on my that wasn’t on my list. By Tuesday I was the proud owner of a new Equinox. Teddy was great at explaining on the features. Today’s technology is almost overwhelming. He even followed up with me for the next couple of days to answer all my questions. including his day off .nTo rate my experience and the service I received in one word would be “Wow”.nThank you Teddy and the whole Murray’s team.

Had a great experience with Murray Chevrolet! Was in an accident and they took care of all my needs. My truck was repaired fast and looks fantastic! Tara in the collision center went above and beyond. I feel like they really enjoy helping their customers! I had a poor experience with a dealership across the street that didn’t even call me back when trying to get my truck repaired! So I stopped by Murray’s and spoke with Chris M. In the service dept. Chris was amazing and set me up with their collision dept! Great job to all the staff. I’ll be bringing my vehicles to Murray’s from now on.
