They have a great and friendly staff. Mike was my salesman and he did whatever it took to find what I was looking for in vehicle at a price that would fit my budget. He made buying a car easy and comfortable. I recommend everyone to visit Waverly Mitsubishi and see Mike for vehicle purchases!

Had some issues with the initial sales staff that had let me test drive the car. When the purchase agreement was signed, he didn't list off what was discussed. He wrote all over the front of it in black marker so you couldn't really read the agreement and only provided the front of the agreement. The document has at the bottom that 'Verbal Agreements Cannot be Accepted'. After trying to read the agreement in more detail, after signing the document is when I saw this wording. So I emailed the sales guy the next day a couple of times to get this corrected and resent to me. He didn't get back to me until the next day (even though he didn't have an out of office message set up on his email), he explained he had the day off. He then addressed my concerns about the purchase agreement but didn't get his manager to sign. I had to go back to ask him to get that as well. Once I got that, I worked at getting my funding in place - which I had a pre-approval so this wasn't supposed to take too long but banks being banks, it still took over a week to get this done (not Waverley Mitsubishi's fault). What really got me upset was when I finally got everything in order and requested to go pick the car up during the week because it was more convenient to me (I live out of town, the drive is over an hour away), the sales guy told me that it wouldn't work out for them on that day and they would need me to come on Saturday. I explained to him how inconvenient that was and how far I lived and that it would be more convenient to come when I'm already in the city but still, he needed a manager there to release the vehicle and apparently it was the manager's day off on Wednesday so it didn't work for them. Argued with the guy for a while and being frustrated I agreed to come into the city on the weekend to suit them. Hung up the phone and within 10 minutes he's calling me and emailing me. All of a sudden it works for them. Told him that I would show up on Saturday since I had already changed my plans and found a ride to go on Saturday. I called in later during the week to talk to the manager for the used car dealer team and explained what happened and how frustrating that was. He said that he would offer something when I picked up the car to help make my experience more positive. So I go to the dealership to pick up my car. Specifically told them that I would be there around 10. When I got there, the car was not ready for me to pick up, the sales guy still had to go fill up the tank. He had well over a week to get ready but waited till I showed up to get it done. We waited a bit before being brought into an other guy's office to sign the Bill of Sale where he tried to then sell me additional insurance - would have made more sense to offer that when I was negotiating the price - told him that and his response was, the sales reps don't know to offer insurance! Since I had my husband and kids along, I didn't go into how ridiculous it is to have a sales staff handle a sale if they don't know what they should be discussing. While he was trying to up-sell the insurance, I told him that Chad (the manager of the used car sales team) was going to offer me something for my frustrations. So Damian (new guy I'm dealing with) tells me that he'll introduce me to him. We exchanged documents/cheque and he sent me on my way to get insurance. Thought they would then introduce me to Chad - since he knew I was going to be there for 10 am - he should have probably come and introduce himself, but he didn't. Never met the guy, never got anything offered to make this a more positive experience. I left there super frustrated and knowing that I would never go there again. EVER. One of the things I was supposed to get as per our purchase agreement - is 2 free oil changes. Damian offered that he send us a cheque in the mail for the value of the 2 oil changes. At this point, I wasn't going there for an oil change anyways so I asked that he send the cheque. That was 2 or 3 weeks ago, guess what didn't come in the mail? I would not recommend buying a car at this dealership.

Jeth was very helpful,patient, good listener to our needs. We had seen Leo the day before and had drove numerous cars on try out. We are sorry that Leo missed out on the leasing of our new 2018 RVR. Damien was excellent in filling out all the leasing agreement. Thank you for the experience

Tried to schedule a service appointment for my Mitsubishi vehicle. The price I was quoted was $600. When they called to confirm the appointment literally the next day by the same woman I made the appointment with, my mother answered the phone and she was told it would be $350. Proves to me that the Waverley Mitsubishi service department is not honest and will change their prices however they feel like and without any reason.

Fantastic Sales Team and Finance Specialist! I am so pleased with my NEW 2017 RVR! Very personalized experience and accommodated my schedule. My only suggestion would be one the front desk staff who was quite rude the two times I had dealt with her. The 2 other girls I dealt with at the desk were exceptional, offered me coffee, personal, and provided excellent customer service.
