Recently bought a car at Mid-Town and was more than pleased with the experience. I won’t go into vast details of the transaction, but I will say that the experience and the overall customer service was far superior to any other dealer car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had lots. Our sales guy Reed took a great interest in getting us into the right car for us, despite the preconceived notions of what we thought we were going to be buying. We ended up with a better vehicle, at a lower price than we had anticipated spending, and they gave us an unbelievably fair trade value on the car we were wanting to get rid of definitely way more than I thought we’d get. We experienced low-pressure sales, with a primary focus on what was good for us not them, resulting in spending less money. Who ever heard of a car dealer down-selling?!? Following this pleasant purchase I decided to try their service department for my 2 other vehicles, and was equally impressed with the service staff. The top shelf customer service started with Reed Boyer, and prompted me to bring more business to Mid-Town Ford, where every person I encountered was exceptionally customer focused. Job well done so far, and I’ll keep coming back as long as the experience stays the same.
Thank you Bevin and Sam for all your help in getting me into my first Ford vehicle 2023 Maverick. I was very happy with them getting my vehicle ahead of schedule and a vehicle protection plan that didn't break my budget. This truck has been fantastic. Plenty of room especially leg room for me and the family, great fuel economy, and excellent response & traction! Happy to be part of the Ford Family!!
The salesperson was excellent. Reed worked with me on the things that were important to me. They provided a fair offer and helped me make an informed decision. Reed made it a priority to ensure I was making a good decision. I felt he had my best interest in mind at all times.
My wife and I recently relocated to Winnipeg from Toronto and we were looking for dependable vehicle for our outdoor adventures. I was time to trade in our old Honda and upgrade to something more suitable. The sales team at Mid-Town Ford were very patient with us as we decided to shop around first. With the economy going the way it is and fuel prices sky rocketing, it is very important to purchase something that is functional to your needs and economically viable in the long run. Mid-Town Ford made us feel very comfortable even though we were very indecisive at that time. We eventually decided to go with the Bronco Sport, which we both absolutely love. Now we know we have a safe and dependable vehicle to load our Kayak on and venture out to the wilderness for weekend adventures. Special shout out to Scott Pollett and his assistant for their patients and expertise. I would strongly encourage anyone shopping around for a new vehicle to stop in and visit this dealership.
Team at Midtown Ford was very helpful and didn't pressure at all. They took lots of time to explain the details of a leasing contract to me. Helped with everything including getting insurance and then setting up the car before I drove away. Very friendly and caring staff all around.
We were so impressed with Reed our sales person, he found us the vehicle that we wanted and had it all ready for delivery in less than a week. Every person we dealt with was well informed, and willing to help! Would recommend Midtown to anyone looking for a vehicle! Keep up the great work!
Scott Campbell went above and beyond in assisting me on my purchase of my 2022 F150 Lightning. He was very honest and was available to answer any questions I had on the convoluted process, which took over a year and a half. Very straightforward in regards to my trade in and super pleasant to have worked with on this. Julie Baryla, was extremely friendly and explained the financing questions in detail and i did NOT feel rushed nor uninformed with her there. Joel Craig, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in regards to explaining all of the features on the Lightning. I left there with a pretty good understanding of the workings of the truck. All in all, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Mid-Town Ford to anyone. This was my second new vehicle purchase with them and will not be my last. Thank you all, but I don't think i will be coming in for any oil changes anytime soon..... ...there is no oil to change in the fully Electric F150
For everyone that just bought a new vehicle, just wait until you have an issue with it. This is a dealership more concerned and knowledgeable about the reviews posted online and less concerned about the well known problems with their vehicles. Example- 10 speed transmissions problems in F-150s. Take 2 seconds and look it up and there’s a wealth of material on it. Talk to midtown and it will be news to them. And again…..look below at owners response. Pretty evident that he cares more about online reviews than the proper running of auto dealership when he has time to write a novel length response on a Friday before 10am. So typical……take time to read through his other responses and you will see an argumentative tone. Other owners say “call and we can talk bout this”, but midtown’s owner who clearly has anger issues prefers to argue with already upset customers. I spent time on the phone with this “beauty” and he spent most of the call yelling and talking over me, attempting to not let me speak. Whether in person or over the phone he doesn’t have what it takes to silence me but he can feel free to try ANYTIME. If you want headaches and half truths go to Mid Town Ford. They will make the BUYING part pleasant enough but look out after they have your money. And you are quite correct, there are other options. Thank you for encouraging me to take my business elsewhere.
Excellent service! Quicklane nailed it! Smooth process from booking appointment to servicing my vehicle. They changed the engine oil, replaced a head light bulb and the cabin air filter all within 1.5 hours! I'm very impressed.
Overall, very good experience at Mid-Town Ford. I had some trouble finding where to go when I first arrived there - drove around the lot twice to find the right entrance. Once I parked, and went inside it took the guy a bit to acknowledge me, but, once he did the experience was great. Free coffee while I waited. Nice comfy chair to sit in. Overall, great experience. I would sent my family and friends there.
