Recently, my experience with this business became really bad.nIt looks they do everything just to cut the costs down and keep the business running.nThe staff looks mad and stressed and managers are rude and unhelpful. They always trying to sell you the services and work you don’t really need and there is no track about what is really done and you billed for.nIn addition, there is no shuttle service.nI dropped my car clean and shiny. Got it back dirty and dusty after it was “serviced and cleaned”.nAfter my complaint the manager was called and got my car “rewashed” leaving dirty stains at all the body. And this is not the first time this happened.nThey wash cars with reused unfiltered water and wipe with dirty rags.nFew months ago I had extra expenses on my bill the cashier couldn’t explain.nI think, I never come back there. My advice for the customers, there are other Hyundai dealerships and services in the city.
I like the personal touch that the Genesis guys have for their clients. Josh is always a great help. The service is excellent and the response time is good! I got two vehicles from them with a great help from Wade. He is passionate about Genesis and I feel like a member of a Genesis lovers club every time when there. Great communication and service!
Just bought a 2025 Santa Fe from Tony Dang of Murray Hyundai. I am not a fan of the car buying process but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was dealing with Tony. He had and continues to have unending patience with my born in the fifties tardiness at grasping the new technology. He himself is very tech savvy and very good at explaining it all to those of my age. He extended the invitation to call or text him with any questions about the operation of my new car and he is delivering on that offer.nnMy experience with Murray Hyundai as a whole was very good in that everything Tony promised got delivered. Even upon closing the deal although the sales manager explained additional options available, I was pleasantly surprised by the absence of unwanted upsale pressure.nnAll in all I am so satisfied with my car purchase I will be recommending Tony Dang and Murray Hyundai to family and friends looking for a car.nnTom ANDERSON
