Came here after reading all the great Google reviews. Best dealership I've ever been to. Everyone is extremely enthusiastic. Always was assisted the second I walked in. Very positive environment. Made me feel very welcoming and taken care of on every aspect. Big shout-out to Nick, Adam and Robin! The services they provided are beyond extraordinary. They are all very helpful and patient with me, really took the time and efforts to try to the perfect car I need and made the whole experience hassle free. Super professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Can’t be more satisfied with the car I bought and never had any problem with it. Definitely 100 % recommend this place to everyone and will for sure come back in the future. Thank you guys again for such a fabulous service! :)

Chris and Andrew were awesome, accommodating, and super friendly. They made this process stress free, fun, and exciting. Every person I met was extremely happy, friendly, and professional. I will send any friends / family looking for a new car to this dealership. This was the best sales experience I've ever been a part of.

It was a great experience dealing with Toyoto crown team. They tried their best deal to convince us to buy our new car.Nick being very nice and knowledgeable sale person and Riley too offered us good deal though we didn't took it. We're happy to drive our new car. Appreciate good customer service from Toyota crown team.

My recent appointment at Crown Toyota was positive and everyone I met was efficient and professional. But I do have one big concern with Toyota Canada. My car had a recall notice about the installation of the block heater, specifically the electrical cord to the block heater. The solution was to cut the block heater cord. Now I live in Winnipeg, park my car in an unheated garage, and it is December going into January. I can expect that there will be a couple of nights that the temperature will go down to - 35 C or so. Can I expect my car to start? What do I do for transportation if it does not start? Major concerns and major anxiety!! Until now I have been driving a Toyota because of its reliability in all weather so I hope some engineer is busy coming up with a solution, and quick!

What a friendly environment this place has. Everyone is very approachable and makes sure that every customer is being assisted. My dad and I had an awesome time browsing around, and got even better when Chan helped us out! My dad knew exactly what he wanted, and Chan definitely gave us all the things we needed. Easiest and the most hassle free deal we've ever made. Thank you to the Crown team for helping my dad get his Pathfinder! I'd recommend this place to all my friends and family! Keep it up you guys!
