This was one of the best car sales transactions I’ve ever had. Chris, Trevor, Jeff, and the Nott staff ensured that the Mercedes I consigned for sale was properly cleaned, prepped, and photographed for sale. They understood what I needed to do to the vehicle in order to sell it, and handled every aspect of the sale with care and attention to detail. Excellent communication throughout, which made a real difference since I was out of the country for some of the listing time. The vehicle sold for more than I thought it would, and in a reasonable period of time. I really can’t think of how Nott could have done more to make this a pleasant, successful deal. I’m very satisfied with how things worked out.

Great experience as always at Nott Autocorp. We’ve purchased 3 vehicles through them now and were always satisfied with our purchases and the service we received. This last time we tried their custom ordering process which was simple, efficiently coordinated and a great way to get exactly what you’re looking for in a vehicle. Really opens up your options for choice! Friendly service, family owned, nice facility, genuine help and a great experience all around. Thank you Nott Autocorp!

Best service I have ever experienced. They fixed my problem before birch wood even returned my call. I’ve been waiting for the Waverley Location service to open and it was worth the wait! Chris was able to accommodate me within minutes and take care of our problem hours before leaving on Xmas vacation. Before I could think things couldn’t get better they did! I was given a tour of the very impressive location and when it came time to pay for their vacation saving work, they didn’t charge me and wouldn’t take any money. A lot of auto dealers could learn a lot about running a classy dealership from Nott. Special thanks again to Chris Nott!

Though I haven't been to many car dealerships, this was by far the best experience I have ever had at one. As soon as I set foot in the door I was greeted and brought to the showroom. I was offered help immediately. The salesman was friendly, very helpful, and I simply enjoyed talking to him. If you are in the market for a used car, especially a luxury car, I would highly recommend Nott!

Friendly and relaxed service, no pressure and no rush by salespeople. Take your time and ask any questions. A refreshing change . Plus - it's great to look at some of the best high end cars as well !
