Winners

Good place to do shopping, nice collection of home decor items. I feel even clearance prices are pretty high, but you might find something good after searching a lotnice and clean floors and fitting room are pretty good size and clean. Workers are friendly and polite. They have pretty good collection of fragrances at really affordable price I guess they are discounted perfume. Some shelf’s are empty but need to feel that to look good. Return policy is different for various items.nOverall experience is good!!

August 12, 6:00pm. Worst shopping experience ever! Can you even train your employees?!nn1.Rude customer service especially the girl at the fitting room named Alexandria. She never smiles at all and not very accommodating. I have 6 clothes to try on and some are entangled to each other. I smiled and told her I’ll try those clothes. She just looked at me and said in a not so friendly tone “put all the clothes in the clothes rack then I’ll count it.” These are dresses and 2 set co-ords style so it can be easily entangled to each other. It took me some time to put those in the rack. She didn’t even help me to entangled it from the hanger and just stared at me with “weird face”. Then after I finished it by myself, she looked behind me and said “ your cart is not suppose to be there, it should be in designated area” then I responded okay BUT THEN SHE MADE A COMMENT IN A SARCASTIC WAY “because that it is where should it be”. She never smiles and looks like she is in the bad mood. Well girl , you need to be nice, I don’t know if you don’t like your job or tired but that is the NOT the proper way to talk to a customer, your facial expression and the tone of your voice. If you are not aware of that and you deny it then maybe no one is letting you know, change your attitude. You should not be working in a retail industry if you are like that. So annoying.nn2. So I bought a lot of items in the end. Your cashier forgot to remove one of the security tag refer to the picture and it is actually paid and that triggered the loud alarm. The other cashier lady rechecked my items and everything were paid she never see the security tag again because it so hidden. So the 2nd time I exit it triggered again the loud alarm. It is so embarrassing having the alarm while I’m exiting TWICE. Not to mention I am pissed with the lady at the fitting room. So I went back again and she said it could be the mom’s walker but it always beep and it is not the walker. So when I got home from that disappointing shopping experience,I saw the security tag to my son’s pants. See the picture belownnHow come 2 of your employees missed this? It is so annoying to be honest beeping that I’m sort of a theft!? But that’s fine, the cashier was great and accommodating so I have nothing against her.nnI am actually annoyed with the lady at the fitting room. Well lady, I will tell my friends to watch at you cause you are rude.nnTalked to the manager about this. I will also keep in touch to the main office of Winners, I will complain about you.

Very nice selection of toys. Found gifts for my grandson.

I stopped by Winners and was really pleased with what I found. They had a nice selection of wall art that added a fresh touch to my living room, and I also picked up a great set of pans for my kitchen. The prices were very reasonable, which is always a bonus. The store is easy to navigate, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Winners is definitely one of my favorite spots to shop.

Always great place for shopping, staff very friendly. I enjoy every visit!!!
