Very nice. Great service. Got my gifts wrapped too! I do not like the parking system, though. It is easy to miss going into the store that you must register your license plate.

Excellent customer service. Just did a return. Warning never buy jeans online lol bought my regular brand and size and did not fit the same. Zero issues with return, super friendly and polite staff.

Huge apartment store with so many beautiful options for anything you need! Although very expensive everything is great quality and high end

Company really needs to update their systems and return policies. Went to return a dress purchased a week prior but didn't have original paper receipt. Without having the receipt they offered me $6 for my $70 dress or they wouldn't accept it back, even though the dress still had its original tags and I could show proof of purchase by bank statement. I should've been told this upon purchasing because no one has time or space to be keeping these receipts. Such a silly policy for this day of age!

Horrible service..! Tried to set up a wedding registry and 6 different employees passed me off to the next with no idea what they were doing. 2 staff actually said to me "I have no idea what I'm doing!" After 30 MINUTES they finally found someone who seemed like she might be able to help. She told me to download the app and do it on my phone then TURNED and WALKED AWAY! I should add that I was in the store with my fiancé and 5 month old baby. Every single employee stopped to comment on our daughter. We left extremely frustrated and will not be registering with them.

Store was a mess furniture all over the place . Not very appealing.

Pl about the last old time department store. They were always better than the.big box stores
