Progress has always had a great selection of work wear at great prices. The more you buy the better the deal! Anybody working in retail should come here to see what customer service REALLY is! It'll be a sad day for Lethbridge when Cyril and David decide to retire. Always a great deal to be had here!

Very cluttered inside. Staff know where everything is and are very familiar with their stock. However, it is not a place to leisurely shop. (Don't know why anyone would want to leisurely shop for work wear though) Staff greet you once you walk in and help you find anything/everything you need. They check on you regularly to help find sizes/items

Check out this locally owned & operated Lethbridge store BEFORE you spend money at chain stores like Canadian Tire, Walmart, or Mark's Work Wearhouse. The owners & staff know exactly how to outfit you. Prices are consistently lower for even better quality name brand items. Clothing and footwear for both outdoor employment and food service (protective wear, slip resistant shoes, etc). Helly Hansen, Dickies, Sorels, etc. Western wear, flannel, roping boots, hiking boots...TOO MANY THINGS TO LIST!! Prices are significantly lower, and the knowledgeable staff will help you make informed decisions. You won't be roaming around and trying to figure things out for yourself. They aren't motivated to sell based on commission, and you will never leave with the wrong purchase!
