Penningtons is expensive yes, great store. However I purchased an under garment, tried it on etc. Within one day of wearing it, it was ruined. I cannot return it, so I now have a 70 dollar ruined garment. I'm out money, so if you can help it, don't buy under garments from them.
Lots of really nice clothes,shoes,jewelry. Great deals on right now, I just wish I had more time to shop !!!! I live 2 hours away so I don't get to shop here very often. But after seeing the great deals they have I'm going to drive back with out my husband lol so I can take my time and enjoy.
I was asked at the checkout “when I was due” because the woman working there assumed I was pregnant. That is an inappropriate question to ask of anyone, but especially at a plus size store. As a plus sized woman, I should feel safe and confident in a plus sized store. I did not feel that way. I called the next day to explain what happened to a manager so that she could better train her staff. I did not get an apology or anything close. I went into the store feeling confident and excited to buy new clothes. I left feeling worse about my body.
I got a few nice blue tops but I also wanted a pair of wide Skechers. They didn't have the right size in store so they ordered them right there for me. I was able to pay for it in store and it will be delivered to my door. Really happy I stopped in!
Pennington is an excellent store to shop at because they are so friendly and helpful and make you feel comfortable. You can basically find anything your looking for. They offer clothes in regular to plus size. Prices a very reasonable and the quality is worth the cost. I would definitely recommend this store for all your shopping needs.

They are just opened up again, from covid-19. They have hand sanitizer for you to use. They are ready for business again. Customer service was excellent.
The staff are amazing and so helpful.
