Music Court

Cute little music store in the mall. The person working there was friendly and laid back. Lots of people popped by the chat and say hi, which gave the store a really fun feel. I bought a wall mount and a bag for my ukelele and everything was just fine.

I just bought a Yamaha Pacifica electric guitar from here, the guy was really nice and helped me pick out a great guitar. There was a small problem with the plug-in so I called them up and the guy instantly said that he can fix it no problem. Great customer service! Would recommend them!

I talked to a lady on the phone about returning some guitar cords and she was extremely rude and hung up the phone with out even giving me the courtesy of saying good bye. I went into the store to return the cords a few weeks later and talked to the same lady and again she was extremely rude and made me feel like she was so annoyed with me trying to return the cords. I turned around and walked out. Worst customer service I have ever had.

I just came back from this store and I won't be back. I went in to buy an electric guitar, and amp, strap, picks, a hard shell case and a new capo. I knew what I was looking for so I was an easy customer. Whoever was on the floor kept leaving me in the middle of our conversation and waiting on other customers over and over and ignoring me. I felt like a piece of $#%&. I was ready to drop somewhere around $1000.00 on this visit but instead finally walked out angry and frustrated. I will buy elsewhere because I still am going to buy this equipment from somewhere.
