The service is great the staff great the product isn't awful and I have done plenty of shopping here. Unfortunately my only problem is a bit of a deal breaker. When I buy longboards there is a sales sticker on the art side of the deck. When I try and remove the sticker I have used different methods such as goo gone and different tactics to physically remove the sticker usually some of the art comes with it and I am left with a very displeasing mark on the art. I don't know why they don't just put the stickers on the side with the grip as they would be easier to remove and also easier to view prices while the boards are on the rack. I'm just sick of putting stickers over marks where I wanted to remove a sticker in the first place :/
The WORST! They charged me double shipping then refused to correct it. Agent "Union" was belligerent and unhelpful. Shop elsewhere to avoid headaches.
The manager Marley, made a deal with me to buy a bedframe. I took it outside and while I went into to wait for him, he stole it, then blocked me. He is a first class theif.
I went here to look at skateboards. The clerk here helped me assemble a board and recommended me the best gear for my riding style and size. It was a lot of help since I'm a new boarder. I didn't see any issues the other reviews stated.
Visited this store to purchase vans for my son. Was told to put hand sanatizer on. I am allergic and advised the clerk. He then told me I had to leave. I guess they don't understand what keeps the lights on.
Went in this morning to get Vans shoes for my son.  Music was loud, very crude, vulgar and extremely distasteful even for a skate shop.  Walked out without buying anything.
Store always a mess. I went into the changeroom the associate did not take out the old clothes before I went in
SketchUp located in the mall not my cup of tea I didn't make a purchase but they they it was a skate store and had a lot of stuff.
This a terrible place to buy your skate gear. Just a bunch of dumb teenagers that don't have a clue what they are doing
