Severely disabled in a wheelchair. Paid for my hold items because they would not hold without it.nnItems were put back without my knowledge and refunded to a giftcard instead of my credit card.nnNow I have to book and pay for wheelchair accessible transit just to go to the store to get my giftcard.nnAs a disabled person I will be careful when making large purchases with winners again.
I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. No one tells you you can’t take the cart out and then they make you leave your stuff with them to go bring up your car to the top floor. Mind you I’m talking about the parking lot for stockyards which is right across. And then when they get the buggy- you have to bring your car curb side because they won’t step into the parking lot. The lady was extremely rude and didn’t even try to help me out. And of course theres no consideration that they didn’t tell you and maybe get someone to use the elevators or really help you out
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Winners homesense location. Didn’t find a single friendly person. Staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making it frustrating and unpleasant. Lack of attention to customer needs on all fronts - unlike most locations. Won’t be going back.
Always clean, love that they opened a wall so you can now easily walk into homesense! This location does have some great finds but it can also be a hit or miss!
20 years ago, a unknown Winners had great prices. Today, very expensive. Cheaper to shop at The Bay on one of their red tag sale days!
