Hello, 16 days ago I bought construction boots at Walmart at the address. Today I came to the store with a request to exchange my boots because the right boot came apart at the seams and two large holes appeared. I brought with me a receipt and boots that clearly looked defective. But the store employee began to argue with me and they began to claim that I simply did not use the boots well, although it was clearly visible that the seams on the boot were of poor quality and tore in this place. I asked to call the manager and help me in this situation. When the manager came, she took the side of the store employees and began to invent that there was a missing clip that is hung to signal the product, which wildly outraged me, since the official website says 90 days of free return, I showed her this and asked her to help me. I said that I do not need money, I just want to replace a low-quality product, but she refused me. I asked this girl to introduce herself, since this girl manager took off her badge and did not provide her name, without providing additional information, she just turned around and left. I introduced myself by giving my first and last name but she refused to introduce herself and refused to help me. After spending 30 minutes in the store I just walked around and asked the staff for help but they purposefully ignored me. I ask for help in this situation because this is the first time I encounter a problem of this kind when returning goods
This is the worst Walmart in the history of the garbage monster franchise. I can only assume they don’t even pay employees since the service is so completely pathetic! Do not ever order groceries from this hole! They will hold your money and never deliver your items. They will cancel your order without any notice so you are waiting for groceries that will never come. And they will take 5 days to refund you for an order they never processed or intended to deliver, but you had to spend over an hour arguing with customer service managers to get a refund for. An order that was supposed to arrive 17 hours ago and is still apparently “delayed” according to the incompetent person running that store. Complete garbage service from the worst franchise ever. Stay away! I would have given zero stars if possible. I will never buy from Walmart again.
Stupid staff in the self checkout. The prices were inaccurate but she kept arguing that i am saying wrong. Then i have to go back and forth and take a picture and proving that i was right. She denied and even took it further and then i had to go to customer care service to resolve the issue. No shame or humility at all for the trouble. Attaching the photos so that you understand.
Nice Walmart Store Branch nearby located inside Dufferin Mall. Staff are good and cooperative. Nice Car Parking lots available. Usually little crowded over weekends and holidays. This is the first Walmart Store I have visited.
This is one of favourite Walmart locations. The find their produce section is always fresh and full. A very good selection, too. The grocery department is big.nnThe store is on two levels. It is bright, well lit, and lots of checkouts.nnI travel 25+ minutes each way by transit to shop here.
