Good and clean store with lot of items in inventory for most items. Helpful and courteous employees here. Ena was pleasant and polite at cash. Didnt get the name for the guy with glasses that helped us out with the plastic container that we wanted.
I would like to give a big shout out to Camille for helping me pick up the right color paint on several occasions while i was in the store. She also assisted me in picking up right tools needed for some household work. She has a lot of experience and knowledge. It feels like she knew everything about everything. She is very smart and gave me a very good customer service today morning. I think she should be a manager. I have witnessed her, helping her colleague as they came to her with multiple questions and at the same time she was helping me. She looks like a good team player and approachable person.
The store is so bright and clean! All of the products were lined up nice and neat on shelves. I'd gone in to buy a blender/bullet and was pleasantly pleased to see that it was on sale $12 off was fine by me!
Every single time i come here, the lack of customer service and help is crazy. There is never any assistance in a timely manner. EvernnI waited over 20 minutes today for help… S/O to Camile for stepping in.
I come here every now and then to pick up Laces for my ice skates when my laces get worn out. I'm just disappointed in the lack of hockey equipment available for sale. I was interested in new hockey pants for example. Not available. Not even hockey gloves. Seems strange for Canadian tire..
