Today I went to Canadian tire, looking for a suitcase. Daniella greeted me with a big smile, we couldn’t find the suitcase in aisle 10, so she tired to call someone to get it from the warehouse but no one was available. She wasn’t supposed to leave her position but she did for me and brought 2 suitcases from the warehouse and put one in aisle 10 and gave me one. She is hardworking and a great employee.
