Update: Just ordered from Amazon for a great deal! Good luck selling that stale pack! Customer service was willing to accommodate if I considered getting their card and they would apply a reasonable credit.nLast pack of bubble gum since October with a ripe & Ahmed sp Management did not want to reduce price which costs just under $30.
Good and clean store with lot of items in inventory for most items. Helpful and courteous employees here. Ena was pleasant and polite at cash. Didnt get the name for the guy with glasses that helped us out with the plastic container that we wanted.
Daniela went above and beyond to find the charcoal I desperately needed for my business every night, I came 1 week before and the inventory said there where 7 and she demanded that the warehouse be checked thoroughly on my most recent visit, I left happily with two bags of coal
We came into the store looking for charcoal in the middle of the winter, which is obviously difficult to find, but Daniela came to help us so quickly. She greeted us as soon as we entered, helped us with the inventory and went above and beyond to help us find the items we needed. Super friendly and helpful experience, would recommend visiting this location over any other Canadian tire :
I would like to give a big shout out to Camille for helping me pick up the right color paint on several occasions while i was in the store. She also assisted me in picking up right tools needed for some household work. She has a lot of experience and knowledge. It feels like she knew everything about everything. She is very smart and gave me a very good customer service today morning. I think she should be a manager. I have witnessed her, helping her colleague as they came to her with multiple questions and at the same time she was helping me. She looks like a good team player and approachable person.
