Great place to purchase all your Aito, basic furnishings, Gardening, Home Improvement, Electronics, Kitchen, carpentry and house hold items, reasonably priced and affordable to suit all pockets, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, ever ready to assist you with any questions, would highly recommend you to visit Canadian Tyres without any hesitation
Adequate but Inconvenient ServicennI found an extensive range of products and supplies, which was impressive. However, the shopping experience was hindered by the unfortunate bottleneck at the checkout. With just one cashier available during my visit, the wait times were notably long, leading to frustration and inconvenience.
Went in to grab an exchange for soda stream canister and saw this sign. What a deal! Store manager didn’t honor it and said it was old, no apologies, nothing and just walked away saying that wasn’t the price. Really rude customer service. Cashier was lovely but the Sunday store manager needs more customer service training. -- Want to be clear, I was swapping a refill for a SodaStream canister, saw the sign, grabbed another one to buy and this was the result so what the response says is irrelevant. My concern is the store manager's response to me. Sure, expired promotion signs can often be overlooked, but to treat me like I'm bothering him with something so annoying is ridiculous. I wasn't difficult, I was simply pointing out that there was a sign that said it was on sale and this was the result. Update: Actually, I had a canister to exchange with me so the response from Canadian Tire makes no sense. They just assumed it was my mistake instead of asking questions, which furthers the fact that they’re not customer oriented.
I was in town on a boat and in need of a starting battery, I arrived later in the evening to find out that their parts counter closes early. A very nice staff member offered to go to the parts counter and retrieve a battery for me, this was great. After paying I was stopped by the acting manager and told that I couldn't leave with the batter and insisted that I return it and come back in the morning to purchase it directly from the parts counter. I was shocked but in a bind so I did just that. The next morning I purchased the exact same battery from the parts counter and they informed me that there was no reason that I could not have taken the battery the night before. This was contrary to what I was told by the manager the night before. I found the same manager on the second visit and she continued to argue with me about policies. I can accept policies, but get them straight between departments so the customers don't get the run around. This was a very disappointing visit. The store is fine but one particular staff member made it a very unpleasant experience for me.
My family and I visited this store and we were SO impressed!nEverything was so nicely organized, colour coordinated and FULLY stocked! Loved this display they had done pictures - a few shelves FULL of drying mats amazing prices, the kid's dinnerware sets SO many different styles to choose from and such a great price for amazing quality and then a bunch of kitchen must-haves!nnThe staff were friendly and the store was immaculate!!!
