We recently had our first Wingstop takeout for dinner from this location and the food was filling and delicious!nnWe each ordered the 6 piece wing combo with fries in order to try as many of their wing flavours as possible. Their Korean BBQ and Subatomic wing flavours were by far our favourites!nnThe staff at the store were helpful and prompt packing up our order. Everything was hot, freshly made and well seasoned. Their house-made buffalo ranch sauce was also some of the best I’ve ever had!nnIf you’re craving hot, delicious wings, this Wingstop location was great. We’ll definitely be trying more of their flavours soon!
Stopped by Wingstop after playing at a local park. Having heard much about Wingstop on social media, my friends and I decided to check it out. Upon entering, the mix of greens, woods, and spacious seating was very inviting. However, the service was just decent.nnNow, let's talk about the food. I was disappointed with the size of the chicken wings compared to other places I've been to. The fries were okay but lacked a punch in flavour. As for the wings, I tried the BBQ bases, KBBQ, and Hickory Smoked BBQ. Despite being advertised with a bit of 'heat,' I could hardly taste any. The dipping sauce was also quite runny compared to the thicker consistency I prefer.nnOverall, I was a bit let down after all the hype on social media. Many say the U.S. locations are better. It doesn't hurt to try, but there are other wing places that I’d prefer.
This food was horrible. My partner and I shared the family pack. Lemon Pepper taste like salt and nothing else, it was so disgusting. The fries were good texture but also just pure salt. Family pack doesn’t even come with drinks and it’s $50? Also never got our veggies. Ranch dip is watery, blue cheese is watery, honey garlic sauce is watery. This establishment is not even wheelchair accessible … in 2024!? That was the first red flag as we had a stroller.nI would never eat here again
The good:n- wings were great, good flavours and cooked to the perfect crispness.nn- I liked that bone and boneless wings are the same price. Some places charge more for boneless.nn- the staff were really nice and super helpful being our first visit she made some great recommendations.nn-Restaurant was pretty clean. I didn’t use the restroom so cannot comment on thatnnThe medium:n- music was a vibe, and I enjoyed the playlist they had going… however next door was blasting their music and you could hear it and the base through the walls so that was a bummer. Essentially hearing two songs different genre at the same time. There could have been an event going on so maybe that is a one time thing? But this is also something the restaurant can’t really control.nn- I like that their fries are fresh and real, but sadly my order was mostly short crispy end pieces, not very many long potato pieces. Seasoning I chose was cajan and it was perfect. Hopefully next time I’ll get a better batch of fries and not just the small end pieces.nnThe bad:n- I was pretty disappointed that the blue cheese and the ranch dip were super watery. You could barely taste the flavor of the dip itself. So when dipping my veggie sticks it doesn’t get coated and just slips right off see video attachednnConclusion:nnOverall the restaurant got super busy after we ordered, so it’s clearly the place to go for good wings. We really enjoyed it and look forward to going back to try another set of flavours. At today’s visit we had garlic Parmesan, spicy korean q and the smoked BBQ. - I didn’t love the Korean q but do recommend the other two.nnNotes::: I do not think this restaurant is wheelchair accessible/ stroller accessible as there was only 1 door to enter and exit. I struggled with my small stroller on the big front step. I suggest the restaurant look into the “gap ramp” from stop gap foundation.
Trying wings here was a huge mistake. I was walking by and it looked like a nice stop to enjoy a quiet time. Mango habanero was decent but the honey garlic was completely horrible. The wings was not seasoned atall just the dipping. The fries doesn’t look appealing either. I do not recommend this place
