Gusto 501

I’ve been to this Italian restaurant twice, and both visits left me completely satisfied. I highly recommend the truffle pasta—the rich mushroom flavor is unforgettable. The restaurant’s decor is also very unique, with an industrial-style vibe. The staff are incredibly friendly, and even though the restaurant spans three floors, they always manage to attend to our needs promptly.

I had such an amazing time at Gusto 501 for the happy hour, seriously stuffed my face. Our server Tyler was an absolute charm and so nice! he’s the best!!!! 10/10 He made it extremely memorable. Also the burger and non alcoholic drinks were out of this world

The atmosphere is incredible. Modern and chic. The service is incredible, very polite, and kind.nWe asked for two different pizzas from the brunch menu. We loved them.nI plan to visit it again to take the dinner menu.

Been to the 101 location a few times, but decided to go to this one for brunch. Great selection of food. The 3 mains we ordered were all on the hearty side see pics, so come hungry. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but I would have liked to have some lighter options. Their cocktails selection looked excellent, but at ~$18/cocktail, we decided to partake in their $1/ounce white/rose/red wines instead. All in all, great experience.

The food was great, the mushroom pasta with truffle in particular was divine! The butternut squash risotto was alright. We also tried the burrata as an app with a few crostinis and it was delicious! Would not recommend the high top tables, they’re not super comfy and are poorly lit.
