Wanas Shawarma

The chicken wrap Syrian style is delicious and up to their reputation. Even the hot sauce is good. The mix platter is good as well but heavier, and the pickled turnips have some weirdly bitter flavor. Seating is limited. Staff is very nice and efficient.

It was our first time eating here looking for lunch around the area. And my goodness, this is the best shawarma place I've tasted, and I've been in many shawarma places in Toronto, this is it. I mean, the quality of the food, the quantity is the perfect amount of meat, the way the food was wrapped, the sauce everything.. I mean everything about it is 10/10!nWe had the Syrian, beef & lamb wrap.

Amazing shawarma experience... Went into a food coma with their mixed platter. It's more than sufficient for a group of 4. Very generous with their dips. Perfectly juicy and meaty shawarmas. A must try!nSpace is limited and there may be a wait for a table

Very friendly service, everyone was kind. I felt immediately welcomed. Restaurant was clean and comfortable to eat our meal. The chicken was a tad dry and the rice had an interesting taste to it. I was a bit disappointed to find the potatoes were actually just French fries with Cajun seasoning on them. Very generous with the sauces which was nice.
