Maha's Brunch

Truly authentic family-style restaurant. Cozy environment, tasteful dishes, friendly staff.nnWe visited it on a Sunday at 10am and did not have to wait much, ~10min we were in 2. The queue got really long after 10am.nnWe ordered the date-cheese sandwich, the mixed chef’s plate and Egyptian falafel as side dish. It was too much food for only two people but I’m glad we could taste it all.nEverything is delicious.

So worth the hype!nMaha’s is officially my new favourite brunch spot — everything we tried was incredible! The Egyptian falafel, Pharaoh’s Po’ Boy, and honey cardamom latte were all standout dishes. Seriously, every bite was delicious. The staff were so warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely top of the list for brunch in the city. Can’t wait to go back!

Worth the hype!! This hidden gem was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The flavours of each dish were perfectly seasoned. You can taste the love in each platter! The drinks were also very delicious. Traditional Turkish coffee 10/10!nnFirst time trying Egyptian food and I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.nnThe staff / owners are very friendly which gives this rating 5/5!

Whenever I've passed by Maha's Brunch I've always seen a long line outside, so I decided to finally go here and see what the type is all about. I must say, the wait in line is worth it. Everything that I ate here was delicious and fresh. The food was presented nicely as well. The prices were reasonable. The staff were incredibly friendly. I love this restaurant and will be back for sure.

Listed under the MICHELIN Guide for three consecutive years, this spot is easily one of Toronto’s most iconic brunch destinations. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the space is full of charm, and the service is top-notch. Every staff member makes you feel genuinely valued.nnOne thing that makes Maha’s stand out is that it’s a true family-run business, and that love and care are reflected in every detail from the way you’re greeted to the food on your plate. Knowing that one of the ladies from the family is also the chef adds a unique and personal touch that you can taste.nnI ordered the Cairo Classic, an absolute must-try! Every bite was rich, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. I also appreciated their dedicated menu just for coffee and drinks, which made the experience feel even more curated. And yes, it’s super easy to find street parking, bonus points for that!nnMy only small suggestion: as a first-time visitor, I found the menu a bit hard to navigate without any pictures. A QR code leading to photos of the dishes could make it easier to decide or maybe it’s just a good excuse to come back and try everything else .nnI’ll definitely be returning, and bringing friends to share in the experience.
