THE RESTAURANT IS OVERRATED because a lot of people do not have their own opinions.nn•RACIST VIBEn•Reluctant staffn•Loud Upper Deckn•Staff not helpful with right seatingn•Over priced Food for the quality you getnn##NOTE## YOU ALSO HAVE TO PAY A KITCHEN SERVICE FEEnnUpon entering the restaurant I noticed 3 staff at the front desk that was being happy and pleasant amongst their colleagues, however when me and my partner went up to the front desk where the 3 staff was they all turned sour towards us so we asked for table for 2 and we said upper deck and they told us we can go see whatever seat we want up there so we went. When we arrived the upper deck was too loud so we came down and my partner asked to be seated below where it was more quiet and one the staff was there said the girl would seat us and he walked away with a slight attitude. The girl seating us was not pleasant at all they just going through the motions that they work there, she didn't ask us if we had a preference of where to sit or anything about what was available she just firstly tried pushing us at the back in a corner but we asked to be seated by light and she put us again in a corner with light.nnThe waitress who tended to us was great she was trying her best at the job and the only reason I gave the 2 star was her.nnWe tried the friend calamari and it was just loaded with flour and I did not appreciate that they tried complicated that dish I get some customers night righter the crunch but if your eating all that flour to start how are you going to eat your main meal I eat healthy and today is my cheat day but didn't care to eat all that flour.nnThe steak was good but the fries tasted like they were frozen.nnWhat I am mostly concerned about is because we were brown people we were treated differently because I clearly can see the staff treating other customers better but was treating us differently except for our waitress she was amazing.nAt the end of it I don't care to eat here ever again because it's also over priced for the type of food quality we got and the type of service we got.nThey always do not provide any special service fornnARMY VETS since 1 was dinning and did not get any special service even though he risked his life for this country. And his lady even asked but they said no.
We eat here for dinner all the time, so it was an easy choice to think of Windjammer for my daughter's wedding shower. From the planning all the way through the event day, it was seamless and fun. Thank you, Niko and crew, for giving us the perfect event!!
I hate writing this review. Been a customer before we moved to northern Vermont in 1997 and have been one after I left the state in 2010.nTook my dad's employees out for lunch on the patio. Wasn't entirely hungry so ordered appetizer Jumbo lump crab cake I understand it was one.....but for $18 it was 2 inches......nThe margarita was just mixer. I wouldn't be back
This restaurant never fails In its appearance, presentation, service, and quality of food. Loui was are fabulous waiter. My only knock is that they need to bring back their salad bar.
Atmosphere was nice. Friendly staff. Food and drinks came out in a timely manner. Featured cocktail was great. All the food was delicious. Don't hesitate and try out this place!
