Story

What makes Neapolitan pizza so delicious? You’ll get as many answers as the number of folks you ask but we think it starts with the bold essence of San Marzano tomatoes, thoughtfully milled flour, superb cheese and a passionate, skilled pizzaiolo. Oh, and a well-worn Naples neighborhood wouldn’t hurt either but we’ll settle for the splendid backdrop of the Green Mountains. Pizzeria Verità embodies the traditional techniques of an old world artisan product, Neapolitan pizza, infused with a more current, local vibe to produce a fresh and inspired product all while maintaining the integrity of a farm-to-table, eco-centered mission.

Fairly upscale pizza place that seems very busy most of the time. It's good food but there definitely was not enough cheese on the pizza I had which was pretty disappointing because they have really good house made monserella. The crust however was very tasty! Buy one get one free margarita pizzas on Monday which is when I went. You can also go sit and watch them prep the pizzas which is pretty interesting. Overall not my favorite pizza ever but it was certainly decent.

We came in here on a cold Sunday night to grab some dinner after several people recommended it to us. The waitress was super nice and gave us information about the different pizzas and drinks on the menu. The ambience we found inside was quite nice. Classy but not too much. Certainly this could be a date spot or a family restaurant. Our pizzas were really good. It's almost as good as the original pizza in Italy! The only thing was there was not enough cheese on the capricciosa pizza. We will have to come back again in the future to try out some other pizzas on their menu!

Love this place. Great atmosphere. Usually enjoy dinner at the bar. Squash pizza is the best. Save room for Nutella dessert. Gets busy so get there early.

Excellent pizza. Helpful staff. Very relaxed atmosphere with a good vibe. Would recommend to anyone looking for some great pizza with friends.

Great food! Locally sourced. Meatballs are devine! Pizzas are fantastic! Incredibly friendly staff!
