My absolute favorite restaurant in EJ. They have great food and really good drinks. Very minimal seating so not good for crowds. Wouldn't bring more than two people to eat here.

Good for breakfast & brunch. Ingredients were fresh, service is friendly.

The breakfast was good, but try to go when it's not busy. Inside it's "cozy". Parking lot was almost full and we had to stand and wait for a table. Coffee was excellent.

Fresh and delicious food and friendly service. However, it's small and popular so sometimes it's hard to get a seat.

I moved from Essex Jct a few years ago and don't get to go to Firebird as often as I'd like. But we stopped in a few days ago with a friend who can't have gluten. She had the huevos rancheros and was very happy. I had tasty fish tacos and left full. Excellent service from friendly staff! Mex food that makes californians happy!
