Excellent menus, so tasty! I've visited a few times-service has been hit or miss. Fantastic that they will take a reservation for brunch on the weekend. One of the only places in Burlington that will do this. Everyone is always friendly, drinks and food can be a bit slow. Worth the wait though!

We live in the Burlington, Vermont area and have recently discovered The Gryphon and Hillary, the bartender there. We love.love.love the atmosphere, the drinks, and the food! The meal was an amazing value for the money. My husand never, ever leaves a restaurant completely satisfied and tonight he had an awesome meal, some wonderful drinks, and we are our way home happy.happy.happy as can be. ❤️💛💙

Great location in downtown! Food came to the table very quickly. And it was all delicious! Winter gimlet is to die for! One caution: Make a reservation if you plan to go on the weekend. This place is pretty small and they fill up very quickly.

I've been there a few times (5) with family and friends. It's a great place with nice atmosphere and fantastic food. The service has always been on point and with fair prices, DONT PASS on this place!! Good causal place to have drinks or dinner!! Highly recommend from a local Church St business owner of 15yrs, that's me.

Seafood chowder was incredible! Recommended by the great waiter, it did not disappoint. Great service and food. Highly recommend! Would have liked a few more dark beer options for the cold weather, but my wife loved the hot buttered run!
