We just bought our 2018 Atlas and couldn't be more happy with our new car! A huge shout out to Rob Smith, he was not your regular salesman, he was so easy to work with and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. Really appreciate the extra time he took to set-up all the vehicle features and help me with the tires we wanted! Thank you Rob and the entire crew at VW White Rock - you guys are awesome and made our car purchase easy and hassle free!

The most honest car service provider I've ever experienced. Most of car service providers are into over charging you nowadays where these guys are going to be completely honest with you, and will let you know what needs to be done and what not.

Recently returned for warranty work on my Jetta and the customer service from Giang was exceptional. He was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to.make sure we got everything we needed. Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Bought my Jetta here and have brought it in for servicing a few times. Exceptional customer service.

In a time where customer service is severely lacking at most businesses, these guys have amazing customer service. I feel like my business is important to them and that makes me want to come back time and time again for service and to purchase a vehicle. Haven’t been disappointed yet.

I bought my first car from this dealership, which was a 2016 Golf back in September 2016 and the experience could not have been any better. I dealt with Rob Smith from the sales department and he was a great person to deal with, He was laid back, not pushy and he took the time to explain all the different features included in the car to me and what options were worth going for based on my needs. Finally, after deciding what features I needed in my car, he worked hard to secure a great deal for me. Overall, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. However, Rob was not the only person I dealt with at this dealership. David from the finance department and Yang from the Parts/Service department were great as well! David was thorough in presenting me with all the different financing options available for my car and the extended warranty packages to go along with it as well. Whereas Yang and his team did an amazing job at upgrading the sound system in my car for me a few months after I purchased my it. He made sure that the job was done right the first time and did it all in one day as well! Not only is the Parts/Service Department proficient at what they do, but it seems like they have a quick turnaround time as well, which is always a bonus. Overall, the sales and after sales experience at this dealership has been top notch. I will recommend anyone I know who’s shopping for a new or used VW to check out this dealership. You have gained a long-time customer out of me as well. Keep up the good work!
