I came here once to have shellac and showed the girl a photo of how I loved sparkles at the cuticles - she said she could do it. Then, they switched right in the middle and so I asked the new girl if she was still doing that and THE ATTITUDE this girl gave me. My shellac was crinkled on every. Single. Nail. (it seriously looked like a child did it). I was so annoyed. I came back the NEXT DAY to have it removed - here’s the BEST PART - the owner (who knew I was upset the night before **charged me the 5$ to remove the poorly done shellac!!!!!!*** Needless to say I’m NEVER COMING BACK and can’t even believe this place is still open!!!!! So rude/condescending. Don’t waste your time or energy. There’s way better service out there for your $.

Great pedi, and on my fingernails the powder bio-gel lasts incredibly long, got about a month out of it with no chips or breaks. Very happy with this, considering I work with my hands, play hockey, and work out every day (gotta have good quality nails to get through this!). Shellac, on the other hand, peeled, chipped, and broke within about a week of my having it on. Definitely don't recommend if you're going for a regular mani, but bio-gel and pedis are great here. As for the staff speaking in another language, you can't always assume it's about you or any of the other patrons in the place. There's definitely a lot of chatter going on in there, but I don't take offense to it as I try to be kind to others and give them the benefit of the doubt.

Got my nails done yesterday, regular polish, and three have already chipped and are peeling off! And the 2 art designs she did were terrible, as if an amateur did it. Honestly, worse nail job I have ever had I am so disappointed and debating to go in and complain. Doubt they’ll do anything though. Maybe the other ladies are better but why have polish that soesnt even last 24 hours!!

ABSOLUTELY NO STARS!!!!!! One star had to be pressed to post. Owner rude and condescending. Along with her staff talked about their patrons in their language not realizing they were understood. Informing them of such the chatter stopped. Nail polish used on me was diluted by nail polish remover and within my holiday week my polish peeled right off. The mediocre design was not impressive like their brochures indicated they could do. Unfortunately my gift certificate was my givers waste of money and a waste of my time. With over 50 years of experience in this Art I will continue doing my own nails and for a treat I will be finding a more professional establishment to have my business and give referrals to.
