Where to begin. First off, I was a customer for 10 years, had winter tires installed on a brand new Highlander, the install was not correct because the wrong nuts correct Toyota part but on aftermarket steel rims and they didn't work were used, another place made me aware it was absolutely unsafe to drive. I brought this to the attention of management, they agreed the car was unsafe to drive but were confused as to why it didn't work. The only solution suggested was to change the tires over to summers but at my expense. I took the car elsewhere and the correct wheel nuts were put on. I talked to the owner Ian, not to ask for money, I wanted nothing. All this was done at my expense and I wanted no refund. I wanted to make him aware of the safety issues and did want him to know that if a person installing tires or anything elsesees something isn't right, don't let the car leave the shop. Don't just send the car out. The owner claims it's simply not possible that could have happened. In essence, I give him feedback about safety issues and he doubts it was true and at one point suggests maybe I just didn't like the manager whom I never met. He was angry on the phone, more with having to deal with a customer in my opinion. A place that won't accept serious feedback on a safety issue, don't bother with the place is my advice. I must say that I had an exceptional interaction with Mr. Steve Lord at this dealership. He is an awesome gentleman. He diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and gave me the right council. I did not feel any pressure at all during the interaction. He gave me time to make an informed decision. He was empathetic, he understands the customer's side of the the issue. This is a good place, their customer relationship skills are excellent! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. As well, compared to other dealerships, their rates are reasonable.
My wife and I bought a brand new 2023 RAV4 that we waited 5 months for. We finally received a call that it was ready this week. When we got there, we asked to see the car before making any payment. To our dismay, we noticed very visible scratches on our new car. The black paint makes it hard to miss. Upon showing the the sales rep, he called someone to have a look and they did take it in to be retouched. However, it was extremely disheartening when you are picking up your brand new vehicle and have to discover the scratches yourself. We have a level of trust that our dealership will provide a quality product- especially when we paid so much for it. While I commend our sales associate for getting it fixed the same day, you can imagine the disappointment we felt in knowing that the ‘new’ car is already damaged. This in combination with the amount of time we had to wait for an appointment when we went to sign with papers initially goes to show there is a decline in the level for service once they’ve made the deal.
Always such great service at this dealership. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and they always make you feel that they are happy you are there. If there are any issues they come out to chat with you about it and really do explain everything and listen to your questions. From the time someone greets you outside in your vehicle right through to your adviser through to getting your vehicle back and settling up always a great experience. ..and even when you call to book your appointment! Great team , thank you to each of you!!
I bought my trusty little Corolla here 15 years ago and couldn't have been more pleased with the salesman, Andrew Ward. He was professional and helpful. I have been getting my car serviced at this dealership ever since. The service and parts people are genuinely helpful and professional as well. I never have to worry that my car is not getting the best service possible. I have dealt with Steve Lord service advisor over the years and he couldn't be more informative. He always takes the time to explain any issues or options and give advice great advice I might add - I feel like I get good value for my money here. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Great work - great people!
The dealership experience was superb. I was greeted nicely by the receptionist and they were willing to help me get to a sales person asap. The owner Jeff Kingsley was very accommodating. He was the only person on the floor available at the time of my visit, and when I approached him he was willing to give me his time to talk about the cars in the showroom. He let me check out the inside of a GR86 and a Supra regardless if I was going to buy or not. A few days later I came back and put a Down-payment for a new car after having received a great customer service from them. That day Andrew, sales advisor, helped me out and he spent quite some time to finalize the deal. Emily from finance was also very very helpful. Would 10/10 recommend to my friends and family.
Extremely impressed. From phone call to visit near close time, Adam, shop foreman, and the whole service department took great care of me. I purchased a Toyota from a different Toyota dealer and was referred to this location from a friend since I was unhappy with the other Toyota's service department. Here, they gave me all the honest details, told me what I needed to do to get the proper repair-work, which should have been performed by the other dealer, and seriously helped me out getting me back on the road and temporarily fixed up. Everyone was very kind, I was asked many times if I was all good, if someone had helped me, etc. and I felt very taken care of here. I will certainly return as a customer and would recommend to others. Thank you to the Whitby Toyota service team :
Always a pleasure when it comes to my oil change day. From making the appointment to getting a text to remind me that I have one. To arriving, and them greeting me with the most respect. Coffee available on site for free while you wait. Comfy sofas with a few tv's to watch as well. Just a good family setting here and they are all super polite in the service area. It's a great vibe at this Toyota. One of the best Toyota dealerships to get service done at.
Awesome service. The sales rep Tony Khoury was very helpful and informative. He made sure the whole process went smoothly and it was definitely a 10/10 from start to finish. We are very happy with our purchase.
Tony was an amazing! Very personable and honest. Went out of his way to ensure I had the best experience as a new car buyer. Even took the time to go through all safety features with me in the car, and set up bluetooth/ apple car play. He even set up all appointments for me for the next 7 years in the shop. No bad things to say at all. highly recommend.
