I purchased my very first Chevrolet (and first SUV) from Nurse this past August. I never found anyone trying push anything on me. My sales consultant, Alicia, has been fantastic before and after the sale. She was very patient, answered all of my questions prior to purchase, and has kept in touch since the sale (she even noticed I was coming to an owners' welcome night and took the time to text me that she wanted to be there to say hi but couldn't make it). I have gone back and purchased a few accessories for my SUV; they matched the best price I got from another dealership with no questions asked. The body shop has installed a stone chip guard on my hood and the work was excellent. Their members program is awesome where they give you back a percentage of your purchases towards your next vehicle on top of any promotions running; members also receive free rewards like free detailing and a mat cleaning with car wash every time you come in for an oil change. They have a Mancini's sandwich shop right inside the dealership (Mancini's is a great shop on its own in downtown Whitby) and beats the regular waiting area food you would receive elsewhere. The owner, Mary Nurse, made herself available to speak to all of us at the new owners at the owners night, plus fed us all while we waited; this is an dealer owner that cares! I'm sold on Nurse!

Blair Walters was wonderful with myself and my husband. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I also would like to put in a good word for Wanda, sorry I can't remember her last name but she was awesome.

My experience as a customer at Nurse Chevrolet have been astounding, the staff is very friendly and offer an abundance of assistance and give great information on your vehicles current status and condition.

Bought my pre-owned Cadillac CTS here. I was extremely happy with the purchase. I brought it in about a year later to have some work done. They did an incredible job but it definitely wasn't cheap, what do you expect from a dealer though?

As a Christmas present to myself, I decided to buy a car. Living and working in the area, I deem it important to conduct business locally. Shopping for a car is so much better than it used to be with the internet you can simply peruse any dealerships for inventory and since I live in a GM town, it made sense to start with GM dealerships. Nurse has a great website and it's updated regularly. I had been shopping for a Sonic with manual transmission to no avail but by being persistent, I found it on the nurse website. Greeted by Stephanie a virtual assistant who asked if I'd like more information to which I complied. Scott Morgan an Elite level sales member had the car on display when I arrived. Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac is pristine and Scott very personable and professional but unfortunately a Bruins fan (we won't fault him for that). Having a sales background myself, you have to really have a genuine interest for people no matter what shoes they wear and keeping in mind that Nurse is a Cadillac store a lot of their clientel are going to be very affluent. Well, I might aswell have been buying a Cadillac because I sure got the Cadillac treatment even though I was on a Chevy budget! This is the benefit of dealing with an Elite level professional because they have the skills to facilitate the sales process, without judging you no matter your shoes and mine are currently steel toe: dig? My first service was great as I recieved a shuttle to and from work with drivers being friendly and punctual, who also commanded great respect for who they were (before retiring) in their professional careers. I also recieved frequent updates from Jackie my service advisor. This level of service is more than commendable. Nurse wants your business and is prepared to get it with a display of service that respects the person not your wallet. Our community is smaller than you think and if your reading this for consideration, remember this: relationships are built over time with trust and integrity and this reflects on the people in the community as word of mouth still being the best referral;)
