Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership in terms of Service. My 2016 Focus was having transmission issues, the car is just over a year old with 30,000 kms on it, and was jerking, stuttering, shifting improperly, or not at all. 

So i brought it into Marigold, begging them to check the transmission. They called me a week later (after estimating around 4 days), saying the car was ready. They claimed they did a complete "overhaul" of the transmission system, which meant taking it apart and replacing old bits with new ones. 

Unfortunately it didn't get very far, on the way home from the dealership the downshifts were still clunky, and just off the highway the car refused to shift out of first gear. I had to drive the whole 20 minutes back to the dealership with my hazards on going 30km/h.

You'd think that a ford dealership, a company KNOWN for having transmission problems with my same year and model of car, would understand how to fix the problem. Or at-least have the competence to NOT send me home with a still broken car. 

Now apparently the new part to hopefully fix my car is conveniently on back-order from the US, so Marigold is going to have my car for another 2 weeks at best...

On top of that, my "Service advisor" Andy, wasn't helpful in the least. He did not call me to update when he said he would,  barely looked in my eye while speaking with me, and didn't even ASK if i was qualified for a rental car, and in fact QUESTIONED why i would want one despite them now having my car for a total of 3 weeks.

I am livid, at this point you couldn't pay me to buy Ford vehicle ever again.

I had the chance to work with Michael and Kim at the service desk and they were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop the entire time. I will definitely bring my car back for further maintenance.

Tiny dealership. Poor selection of vehicles. No receptionist to welcome me when I walked in on a Saturday. I left pretty quickly.

Our relationship with Marigold Ford started just over 2 years ago, when they went out of their way at that time to fit us with the vehicles we wanted and needed.  After just 2 short years, our needs and wants had changed, Marigold Ford came through yet again, by providing a solution that made it easy to get us into the right Ford product that meets us for today.  
If you are looking for those two simple words "Customer Service" then I recommend you visit Marigold Ford. From Kam & Tracy in Sales, to the entire staff at Marigold Ford, they make this experience, such a joy.

Absolutely horrible.  Don't leave your vehicle for a weekend. My Truck had none of the work required/requested except a quick detail,and was seen driving around in cottage country. 
Also recently just tried to screw a friend from the states for a new rad $1800. Was a small gasket leak at the hose. If they didn't have the OPP contract  I'm sure they would be out of business.
