Took my car here for the 1st time and received amazing service.  We use to bring it to another location but was too far and had good service as well.  The shuttle driver Sharon is very friendly and knowledgeable about her roads. Sampson my service rep was  extremely friendly, made sure I was happy from start to finish. I am glad this is my new location to bring my car and highly recommend it!

Bought twice at this location. Great service & fair price! Esp. Impressed by my sales guy Leo. I accidentally left a number of items behind in the dealership, and he hand delivered them to my house.(I live over an hour drive away...) Hats off. Best service ever!

I can't say enough good things about this location. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted with utmost amazing customer service. If you are looking to buy a new Mercedes vehicle, I strongly suggest you go here. I have been to other locations and it simply does not compare. Our sales rep was Sert and he was also truly amazing!  So patient and very attentive to our needs and he made sure we walked out as really happy customers. He found us the car we wanted and just took really good care of us. For that, this dealership really stands true to their ratings that you see! 5/5!

My wife and i had an excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz Durham, Denise was terrific and so was the entire staff. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. All done in 48 hours with no issues. Great experience. Thank you Denise.

I had an amazing experience leasing my car with Mercedes Benz Durham. Prior to visiting them I contacted the sales department and was introduced to Chris Stehr. I booked an appointment for the following day to drop by and test drive the C300. Long story short, I signed the paper works to lease the car within 45 mins of my visit with them. 

It is important to mention that I had shopped around and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. Chris worked his magic and made it happen. He is great at what he does and insures that his customers are taken care of. I appreciated the fact that he was not pushy but rather informative and friendly... Also, they put on an amazing unveiling presentation when I picked up my car!

Overall, I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz Durham to anyone who is looking to buy a Benz. They have amazing service! Contact Chris if you can, although I'm sure his colleagues are as amazing as him.
