I have used this dealership frequently in the past, but had not been to Menzies for several years. When I returned a month ago to search for a new vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to see the changes. Having someone at the door to welcome and greet you certainly set the tone. I found Rick Barnes, whom I had dealt with in the past. He introduced me to Becky, who was delightful to work with; she listened to my needs, and found a couple of great cars for me to test drive, one of which is my new dream car! Becky and Rick went above and beyond to make sure that they had a happy customer. Professional and competent with no pressure! A great car purchasing experience.

Rick was great! He went above and beyond what we asked for and honestly made us feel comfortable. He was very genuine and focused on getting us exactly what met our needs. And he did just that! The management team were very willing to work to ensure they were meeting our budgetary needs and ensuring we understood our deal. Thank you Rick and the Menzies team for a great experience. Very satisfied with Menzies, particularly Rick Barnes, the General Manager. My 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan broke down at 9:00am and the cops had me tow it immediately ;) So you can guess that I had a rough rest of the day. Menzies was able to repair the vehicle, but the bill was a little high. Then the General Manager stepped in and really took care of me. Would go back in a heart beat. Nice to know there are places that greatly value customer satisfaction out there.

Just picked up my 2018 Jeep Cherokee yesterday and I couldn't be happier! Our sales consultant, Jeff Crouse was such a pleasure to deal with... He took the time to understand my needs, searched high and low for the right vehicle, and made finalizing the deal so easy. Everyone we dealt with at Menzies were polite, friendly, and worked hard to ensure our needs were met. I highly recommend them, and Jeff in particular!! Thanks for a great car buying experience!

Had an oil change done at Menzies. Great service from Brittany. When showing up to my appointment, we checked in and she informed us that there was a recall notice on the shifter. Both articles of work on the vehicle was done within an hour. Thank you Menzies for another great experience!
