Went for my first time recently. The Christmas room was everything! Oh man was is amazing. The prices were extremely good comparatively to other places for similar items. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to lend a hand. This place has everything needed to decorate a home, has gifts for many occasions and local good. Great place! Will definitely be returning.

Honestly I’ve always been a fan of wheatons especially during the Christmas season, they have beautiful decor and my personal tree is loaded with all their gorgeous ornaments however, as a younger shopper it felt very apparent that the cashier wasn’t to fond of my presence. The previous customer got the whole speech of the rewards program and how wonderful it can be in which I had my own interest in but unfortunately for me the cashier didn’t want to “waste” her breathe telling me about it no doubt because of my age. I also had to be the one to say have a great day and end up ignored.. I work customer service and have for years so I know what it can be like when a customer treats you inferior to themselves but it was uncomfortable coming from the employee.

Where do i start...first you are greeted by the ever so polite cashier. This store provides everything you need for a home, apartment or anywhere you live. They have anything you need for your bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom and every other room of your domain. The wood furniture they sell is crafted by them except for the chairs which are ordered special from the Mennonite in Ontario, very great quality. Prices are very reasonable and reflects on the quality and professional craft work that goes into their furniture. So many items in this store to mention, they have 6 locations I believe so if you are near one stop in and see for yourself.

Wheaton’s is a great place to shop, with an excellent selection and plenty of ideas and inspiration. The service is outstanding—friendly, and genuinely helpful. A reliable go-to for quality products and great customer care.
