My husband and I agree with the reviewer Paula. We had three condos in the Vancouver that were managed by Jeff for five years, until we had to leave BC. Westwynd was always professional and helpful, from tenant selection to ordering of small repairs. The condos were managed seamlessly and expertly, and we, as owners, were worry-free. Jeff was always very accessible to answer any questions, as was Ana in accounting, who sent timely monthly reports and provided clear explanations of details. We highly recommend Westwynd -- we did have other managers that were not satisfactory and it was a pleasure to put our trust in Jeff.

Was dealing with a person named Diogo Gerhard. We responded to an AD for a rental unit and booked a viewing. The listing was recently posted on craiglist and on their own website. I sent in emails to schedule the viewing and the responses was not prompt and finally we got a response for a viewing on the following Tuesday, I scheduled a time. Then on Monday, I get a email from Diogo telling me that the unit was rented and cancelled our viewing. 1. There was no mentioned deadline 2. I never viewed the unit 3. There was no fair application process I would not trust Westwynd Reality as they are extremely unreliable and not transparent.

We recently worked with the property management team to list our townhouse in Coquitlam. The process was incredibly easy and the team’s advice on the current market was very helpful.
