From beginning until end of the experience of buying a condo in New West, Forrest was patient and helpful in every way. He helped make the entire process feel comfortable, was patient and knowledgeable with every answer to my many questions, and made me feel at ease and confident while navigating through the real estate market. Would absolutely recommend him as your realtor, he’s a great guy.

We were on holiday with no real intent to sell our home. On a whim, we contacted Forrest to get an update on real estate in our area and came to a conclusion that it would be a good time to consider selling.
 We had owned our home for almost ten years and the property had become somewhat worn. Forrest was fantastic at identifying the most important details that we should take care of. He also has a group of preferred professionals such as handymen, cleaners etc who are both excellent and reasonably priced. 
 Within a couple weeks we had finished the facelift, had three open houses and accepted one of three offers. 
 Forrest takes the time to come to an understanding of exactly where your comfort level is. The entire process, though fast and a bit frightening has been positive and completely worth the effort.
 We continue to keep in contact and have asked for his help in purchasing our next property.

Forrest Missar helped me to find a flat in 2014. After discussing my budget and what it was I was looking for, Forrest set up appointments to see quite a few places. He was very patient with me and listened closely to what I had in mind. His attitude was always very positive and upbeat and he offered a lot of very good advice. He eventually found me a wonderful one bedroom suite in a fantastic building; I couldn't be happier with it. In addition to helping me find the flat, he also arranged for me to speak with a Mortgage Broker and a Notary Public; both of whom were very professional and wonderful to work with. Forrest still checks in from time to time to see how I'm getting on. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a place to buy.
