Working with Vancouver House Finders and specifically Frederick Trudeau has been an incredible experience. Frederick is truly a gem. He took our very complicated situation and made it a breeze for both parties. I trusted him a million percent and that is why I decided to go with him for the sale of the condo, not that it was ever a question since our experience of buying that said condo was amazing. Frederick is approachable, understanding, available, truly genuine and on top of that goes way beyond what a regular realtor would do for his clients. He is not only my realtor for life, but he became a friend and family. That is how you feel when you deal with Frederick, part of a family. You not only know that he has your best interests at heart, you can feel it throughout the entire process. Even after the business is done, Frederick follows up with you just because he cares deeply. I would recommend and strongly advise Frederick to everyone in the world because he simply is the best of the very best. I rarely leave reviews, let alone long reviews like this but I did in the hope that people will see it and decide to choose Frederick Trudeau.

My recent condo purchase in Vancouver was more complicated than most, since I am a non-resident of Canada and had less than a week in Vancouver to search for, find, and purchase a condo (all while working within a reasonably tight budget). Then I met Fred Trudeau. I can honestly say, that in all of my dealings with service providers, few, if any, have measured up to the high standard of professionalism, thoroughness, timeliness, and level of courtesy and friendliness that I experienced with Fred and Vancouver House Finders. Not only did he answer all of my questions in a timely and courteous manner - and I had a lot of them (!), he was very proactive and provided innovative solutions when a couple of complications came up. Even after everything was completed, Fred continued (and continues) to be there for me whenever I have additional questions or need advice. I am truly grateful for his outstanding service and could not imagine going to anyone else for future housing needs.

It was a great pleasure to work with Fred. Fred is truly passionate about real estate and helping people. He is very knowledgeable about the market. He shared a lot of good insight about the neighborhood and the building. He is very patient and takes time to educate me. He doesn't push me into making quick decisions or jump on any property I saw. He provides me with insightful analysis, pros and cons for me to make rational decisions. I have learnt a lot about the condo market in the past 8 months. Fred has good experience working with investors and eventually helped me getting a place that has great value and good return on investment. I know I can trust Fred and rely on his advice. He is really honest, down to earth and a joy to work with. Thanks Fred!

I will never know how you and Grant managed to talk some sense into the developer but we are so grateful that you did.
