David knows his stuff. At the first meeting the wheels got set in motion for the selling of my old unit and the purchase of my new one. Given the parameters that I was looking for David had potential offers for me to check out soon after. David listened to my questions, gave direct answers and when I changed my parameters of what I was looking for, he adapted the search without a hitch. Working with David is awesome. He listens to your thoughts and provides professional guidance. He sold our condo and helped us purchase a townhome. He helped us win a competitive bid situation and through negotiations with the seller, he was able to get us an even lower price. All in all Dave saved us tens of thousands of dollars.
